Ham Stone Walling

A 5 bedroom house in Odcombe, Somerset where once stood three old cottages.

Made of Hamstone, a warm coloured lime stone, quarried from Ham Hill in Somerset. The honey coloured stone is a medium to course grained stone, and is soft enough to be cut to make decorative features such as doorway arches and bell openings in church towers.‍
